About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Outbound phone prospecting — you pick up the phone and initiate conversations

- Build and maintain a pipeline and consistently deliver
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent German language skills
- Proficient in English
- Structured approach and strong sense of ownership
- Basic understanding of digital tools
- Initial experience in sales / customer contact / prospecting is a plus
- Degree, vocational training or career change welcome — attitude matters more than your CV
