About the role
- Support the Sales Operations area
- Maintain an overview of your responsibilities
- Assist with the active sales process in Sales
- Prepare proposals and maintain communication with customers
- Draft partner contracts and set up demo accounts
- Continuously work on optimizing our sales processes
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a comparable degree program, at least in the 3rd semester of a Bachelor's
- Initial experience in operational and organizational tasks from internships or previous working student roles
- Hands-on mentality; teamwork comes naturally
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tool sets
- Fluent in German with excellent written accuracy; business-fluent English
- PLUS: Experience with HubSpot or similar tools
