Digital Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain the FullContact website, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and optimized for performance and SEO
- Build and publish new web pages, including product pages, landing pages, and blog content to support marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Partner closely with design and product teams to enhance user experience (UX) and improve conversion
- Apply SEO best practices across all website content to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search rankings
- Write and publish blog posts, product content, and marketing copy
- Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and product updates to engage and inform target audiences
- Manage email database and segmentation to ensure relevant and personalized communication
- Own and execute FullContact’s LinkedIn content strategy to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement
- Track and report on marketing performance using Salesforce and other tools
- Monitor key metrics across website, email, and social channels
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, UX/UI, or a related role
- Strong experience with WordPress, including building, updating, and maintaining website pages
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, product pages, and email
- Proven experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot to build, execute, and optimize email campaigns.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot
- Experience creating and maintaining reports within Salesforce to track performance
- Comfortable working across multiple channels and managing competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Nice to Have: Experience in B2B SaaS or data/identity marketing, Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools, Experience with marketing automation platforms, Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
