Demand Generation Manager
MoxiWorksDemand Generation Manager for MoxiWorks leading pipeline growth in Australia and New Zealand. Driving demand for ActivePipe and RISE by MoxiWorks, focusing on innovative marketing strategies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You'll develop and execute the demand generation strategy for Australia and New Zealand, creating programs that generate awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue.
- From LinkedIn and paid media to webinars, nurture programs, content syndication, account-based marketing, and events, you'll create integrated campaigns that reach buyers wherever they are in their journey.
- You'll work hand-in-hand with the ANZ sales team to align on pipeline goals, optimize lead flow, and ensure marketing programs are driving measurable business outcomes.
- You'll own the regional event strategy, partnering with our Events team to create experiences that generate meaningful connections and pipeline.
- Working closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership, you'll help shape positioning, messaging, launches, and market expansion initiatives.
- You'll have clear visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data and insights to continuously optimize programs and improve results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- A proven track record of creating marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, webinars, events, content marketing, and digital channels
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams and revenue leaders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
