About the role

  • Design engaging marketing assets for real estate agents, including: Email templates
  • Landing pages
  • Print materials (flyers, postcards, brochures, signage)
  • Social media graphics and campaigns
  • Design multi-touch campaigns built across coordinated marketing templates
  • Create scalable, reusable designs optimized for use within proprietary software
  • Translate brand guidelines into flexible, agent-friendly templates
  • Work independently to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with product, and Creative teams to align design with business goals
  • Continuously refine designs based on feedback, performance, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in: Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Canva, including creating templates for non-designers
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for both digital and print
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution
  • A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization and consistency
  • Experience designing real estate or marketing content
  • Familiarity with email design best practices and responsive layouts
  • Experience designing templates for SaaS or marketing platforms
  • Understanding of how agents use marketing tools in real-world scenarios
