• Own Enterprise event creative execution: Deliver on-time creative for 8–10 events per quarter across print, social, SMS, and digital—consistently meeting SLAs and reducing revision cycles.
• Operate within and improve systems: Work inside our Asana-based Event Creative Ticketing System while refining templates, workflows, and QA standards to improve speed and accuracy.
• Translate event strategy into visual systems: Develop cohesive event identities (menus, invites, story graphics, SMS visuals, in-spa signage) optimized for each channel.
• Evolve reusable creative kits: Turn high-performing themes (launch parties, tox events, seasonal promos, BFCM, etc.) into documented Canva systems that scale across the portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Align creative with Events, Meta, and PSM teams to ensure campaigns are visually cohesive across paid, organic, and in-spa experiences.
• Improve QA & consistency: Reduce creative-related errors (dates, logos, offers, branding) by following structured QA processes and proactively clarifying briefs.
• Integrate AI thoughtfully: Use AI tools to generate mood boards, variants, and scaled creative production—while maintaining brand integrity and design quality.
• Document and share learnings: Capture high-performing visual “plays” and contribute to evolving the Event Look Book and creative playbooks.

Event Creative Designer

SDET

• Own and evolve our test automation platform: Take responsibility for the existing automation suite, improving reliability, maintainability, and execution speed.
• Build high-value automated coverage: Add meaningful test coverage in high-risk and high-impact areas by extending existing flows and creating new ones where needed.
• Reduce flakiness and improve signal: Diagnose and fix flaky tests, improve failure visibility, and ensure test results are actionable and trusted.
• Strengthen CI/CD quality gates: Enable faster, more reliable automated testing in CI/CD pipelines to shorten feedback loops and improve release confidence.
• Influence testing strategy: Help teams choose the right mix of UI, API, integration, and other test types based on product risk and impact.
• Support functional testing when needed: Contribute to manual testing, exploratory testing, test case design, and defect reporting to ensure coverage where automation isn’t yet the right tool.
• Partner with engineering teams: Work closely with developers and QA to shift quality left and embed testing into the development lifecycle.

• Define and build the foundation of AI at Moxie
• Design and ship production-grade agentic AI systems that improve customer workflows and internal operations

Platform Engineer

• Own and operate core platform systems across AWS, GCP, Vercel, Github, and Cloudflare
• Improve reliability, scalability, and security of production and non-production environments
• Maintain and evolve infrastructure supporting multiple services and teams
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), focusing on speed, reliability, and clarity
• Improve deployment workflows, rollbacks, and environment consistency

• Own and evolve major parts of Moxie’s frontend and backend architecture, balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability, reliability, and developer velocity.
• Lead technical design and architectural reviews for complex, cross-cutting initiatives.
• Identify systemic risks and technical bottlenecks, and proactively drive solutions that improve platform stability and performance.
• Help define and maintain engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across teams.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader, working on the highest-impact and highest-complexity problems across the stack.
