Requirements

5+ years of project management experience leading complex technical projects in professional consulting, cybersecurity, or strategic infrastructure environments with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong technical foundation with practical understanding of IT infrastructure, server dependencies, application architecture, and restoration sequencing sufficient to make informed priority decisions and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Exceptional organizational and tracking skills, including building comprehensive task trackers, dependency maps, and executive dashboards that provide clear visibility into complex restoration operations.
Advanced stakeholder management abilities with experience coordinating between technical teams, executive leadership, legal counsel, insurance carriers, and external partners during high-pressure situations.
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, able to assess competing demands, identify critical path items, and make real-time adjustments as situations evolve.
Excellent communication skills across all levels, capable of translating technical details into business impact for executives while providing clear, actionable direction to technical resources.
Crisis management mindset with comfort working extended hours during active incidents, maintaining composure under pressure, and adapting plans quickly when circumstances change.
Collaborative leadership approach, able to influence without direct authority and keep teams motivated during challenging, high-stress recovery operations.
