About the role
- Report directly to VP, Clinical Data Exchange Sales
- Identify and nurture leads, build relationships, and drive growth by introducing solutions to healthcare providers
- Conduct outreach across communication channels to establish initial contact, identify needs, qualify leads, and schedule meetings
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on lead-generation strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and pipeline in CRM
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and value proposition
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Health Policy, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in healthcare technology or payer sales
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and related solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
