About the role
- Holistic responsibility for the strategic planning, conception, and execution of field marketing activities to generate demand, leads, and pipeline with a focus on the DACH region
- Designing, organizing, and executing virtual and in-person events – from initial concept through execution to structured follow-up, including in-house movingimage webinars
- Designing, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a clear focus on measurable business impact
- Planning, managing, and optimizing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in close coordination with Sales and other cross-functional teams
- Managing field marketing budgets including smart resource allocation and ROI optimization
- Building, developing, and optimizing automated lead-nurturing workflows and sales sequences in HubSpot to convert interest into real pipeline
- Continuous analysis, maintenance, and, if necessary, further development of lead-scoring models in HubSpot and Salesforce for smooth, data-driven handovers to Sales
- Tracking, analyzing, and transparently reporting the results of all marketing and field marketing activities
- End-to-end management of marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects in close collaboration with Content, Design, and Digital Marketing
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, Video Production, as well as external partners, agencies, and event organizers
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B field marketing or demand marketing within a SaaS or tech company
- Proven experience planning and executing field marketing activities such as events, webinars, campaigns, or account-based initiatives with a clear pipeline and business focus
- Strong understanding of marketing operations: experience with marketing automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and CRM processes, ideally with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Highly data-driven working style: ability to continuously optimize marketing activities based on performance data, funnel metrics, and structured sales feedback
- Experience working closely with Sales, particularly regarding lead handovers, follow-ups, and shared pipeline targets
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to efficiently manage cross-functional projects with internal teams (e.g., Content, Design, Digital Marketing) and external partners
- High level of ownership, organizational strength, and confident handling of budgets, timelines, and priorities
- Native-level German language skills and very good English skills, both written and spoken
