About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a portfolio of clients in onboarding, adopting, and daily use of the MoveWORK platform;
- Train and advise users to help them fully leverage the features of our solutions;
- Analyze usage, identify areas for improvement, and implement actions to increase client engagement and satisfaction;
- Manage client requests and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams;
- Build trusted relationships with your contacts and become their preferred partner in the success of their digital projects;
- Promote innovations and new platform features to your clients;
- Collect, analyze, and share user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services;
- Actively participate in creating and improving training materials, FAQs, and internal best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B customer relations, Customer Success, application support, consulting, or client onboarding in a digital environment.
- You enjoy understanding your contacts' challenges, supporting them in achieving their goals, and building long-term trusted relationships.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you adapt your communication to various stakeholders, whether operational staff, managers, or executives.
- Curious, pedagogical, and customer satisfaction–oriented, you enjoy digital environments and are comfortable explaining, training, and simplifying digital solutions for users with diverse profiles.
- You demonstrate autonomy, organization, and analytical thinking.
- You enjoy solving concrete problems by seeking pragmatic solutions tailored to your clients' needs.
- You know how to gain buy-in, highlight the benefits of a solution, and support your contacts through change.
- Persistent and proactive, you move initiatives forward even in complex situations or with demanding stakeholders.
- You are fully fluent in French. Proficiency in Spanish is a real asset, and English is a plus.
Benefits
Comp & perks- Permanent full-time contract (CDI) — 40 hours/week
- Fixed hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour lunch break
- One day of remote work per week (Monday)

- Salary between €19,000 and €21,000 paid over 14 months + annual bonus
