About the role
- Respond to incoming inquiries from platform users through various communication channels
- Track requests through to resolution in accordance with internal processes
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergencies and reassure customers when issues arise
- Proactively train and support customers
Requirements
- Proven initial experience in customer service or IT support
- Comfortable working in a digital / SaaS environment
- Excellent command of French and Spanish; English is a strong asset
- One day of remote work per week (Monday)
