About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce programming for the volunteer network at MoveOn.
Recruit, engage, retain and inspire members to take action.
Create and facilitate programming and community spaces.
Support the overall goals of member-driven, progressive campaigns.
Provide vital support to the volunteer network infrastructure and 2026 election program.
Directly manage the Volunteer Network Coordinator.
Monitor and report on volunteer network health metrics.
Manage and facilitate MoveOn’s monthly community calls.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure content is accessible across multiple platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years of experience in designing and implementing equitable and accessible programming, preferably in a not-for-profit environment.
A minimum of 1 year of management experience.
Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Experience facilitating large virtual spaces (e.g. Zoom calls, webinars, trainings, digital community spaces).
Experience conducting needs assessments and translating findings into effective programs, curricula, or resources.
Outstanding cross-collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
Experience cultivating and managing vendor relationships.
