About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct administrative and financial consulting meetings with franchise units, monitoring KPIs, targets, and opportunities for improvement;
- Provide on-site consulting across commercial, administrative, and financial areas;
- Deliver commercial training for franchisees, managers, and sales teams;
- Perform audits of franchises using the PEFY methodology;
- Complete consulting, monitoring, and results reports;
- Develop sales actions and strategies to support commercial teams, especially during month-end closes;
- Identify opportunities and build action plans to improve schools' performance;
- Keep unit records and follow-ups up to date in the CRM.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical or higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields;
- Residence in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area;
- Availability to travel and a valid Category B driver's license (CNH B);
- Experience with consultative sales, commercial follow-up, partner relations, or related areas;
- Experience in B2B service, focusing on commercial, administrative, and financial processes;
- Ease in analyzing commercial performance indicators and tracking results;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and CRM data entry;
- Good communication skills, critical thinking, and an ability to work cooperatively.
- Considered a plus: experience in franchising or in the education sector, experience in performance management, and a postgraduate degree in a commercial/sales-related area.
