About the role

  • Plan, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads).
  • Analyze campaign performance focusing on metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROI and conversion rate.
  • Design A/B tests and continuously recommend improvements based on data.
  • Monitor and report results weekly, including strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with the performance funnel and the customer journey.
  • Work collaboratively with content, BI, CRM and social media teams.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports.
  • Track campaign schedules and participate in internal meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
  • Experience in paid media / traffic management.
  • Solid understanding of the performance funnel and its metrics.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads platforms.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Library.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into optimization actions.
  • Must reside in Indaiatuba, SP or the surrounding area.
