About the role
- Plan, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Analyze campaign performance focusing on metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROI and conversion rate.
- Design A/B tests and continuously recommend improvements based on data.
- Monitor and report results weekly, including strategic recommendations.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with the performance funnel and the customer journey.
- Work collaboratively with content, BI, CRM and social media teams.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports.
- Track campaign schedules and participate in internal meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
- Experience in paid media / traffic management.
- Solid understanding of the performance funnel and its metrics.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads platforms.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Library.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into optimization actions.
- Must reside in Indaiatuba, SP or the surrounding area.
