About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Serve as primary liaison with building management and vendors
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance, office repairs, work orders, and workplace safety/emergency preparedness
  • Oversee office seating charts, workstations, meeting spaces, supplies, and breakroom operations
  • Manage office operations budget, vendor spend, and purchasing processes with a focus on efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, shredding, and office logistics
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding equipment and card access for onsite and remote employees
  • Prepare new hire workspaces, swag bags, and onboarding materials to create an exceptional first-day experience
  • Manage employee milestone recognition programs including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, new babies, and bereavement support
  • Coordinate equipment returns and access deactivation processes with professionalism and discretion

  • Manage and support the Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and a high-quality employee and visitor experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 or more years of office management, workplace operations, hospitality, or facilities management experience
  • Experience supporting growing organizations
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and workplace logistics
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and workplace systems
  • CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
