Quote Representative
Mouser ElectronicsQuote Representative responsible for evaluating and completing BOM quotes at Mouser Electronics. Communicating with internal and external contacts while providing high-quality customer service.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluates and works quotes by fax, Bill of Materials (BOM), email, and other formats
- Formats and completes BOM quotes using advanced Excel features and Mouser’s proprietary BOM tool
- Effectively communicates requirements to internal and external business contacts
- Provides high quality customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Understanding of profit margins, mark-ups and competitive pricing strategies
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Good internet, Microsoft Word, and Outlook skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and communicative English – additional European languages are a plus
- Basic understanding of Electronics either by qualification or job related experience would be beneficial
