About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and mentor software development teams developing full-stack and cloud-native solutions across core applications, platforms, and AI/ML services.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and rapid delivery.
  • Partner with product, data, and infrastructure leaders to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Define and drive DevOps and platform engineering best practices.
  • Ensure engineering quality through design reviews and performance metrics.
  • Balance hands-on technical involvement with coaching and long-term team development.
  • Deliver outcomes incrementally, learning and iterating quickly.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.
  • Proven success in building and scaling engineering teams.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP), platform engineering, and DevOps toolchains.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
