Web Business Analyst III
Mouser ElectronicsBusiness Analyst collaborating with cross-functional teams at Mouser Electronics. Analyzing user requirements and developing project plans for ecommerce initiatives in the B2B space.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with developers, Project managers, quality assurance, business teams and technical support
- Meet with Company Executives to learn strategy, tactical approaches, priorities, requirements, and business process
- Document business requirements, develop and oversee project plans, enforce change control procedures
- Establish timely communications with stakeholders and project team
- Develop and maintain all Project Documentation for assigned projects
- Must mentor associates and foster a learning environment
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst, product manager or equivalent position required
- 4+ years with ecommerce environments (B2B required)
- In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle, project management tools and methodologies
- Proven experience with problem solving and solution development
- Demonstrated ability to partner with agile release train/scrum teams to deliver solutions
- Proven experience in producing documentation including, requirements documents, flowcharts, wireframes, and other process diagrams
- Proven ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
