About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads Mouser’s global Automation and Efficiency Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable business outcomes
  • Oversees the technical execution, scalability, governance, and continuous improvement of automation initiatives
  • Develops, implements, and maintains a structured automation roadmap
  • Enables and governs a citizen development program, establishing guardrails, standards, training, and support models
  • Provides technical leadership and architectural oversight across automation platforms
  • Establishes and tracks KPI‑driven metrics for automation effectiveness, developer productivity, and realized efficiencies
  • Partners with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
  • Leads strategic discussions with leadership to assess technology trends and recommend platform adoption
  • Develops and maintains a productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance
  • Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or minimum of 3 years prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will manage
  • Minimum 2 years as a highly performing Mouser Team Lead or Supervisor (internal candidates)
  • Minimum 3 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position (external candidates)
  • 5+ years of experience in automation, RPA, low‑code/no‑code platforms, or enterprise workflow solutions
  • Demonstrated experience managing automation programs, technical backlogs, and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Experience enabling and scaling citizen development initiatives within a governed enterprise framework
  • Exposure to emerging technologies, including AI-driven and agentic
