Requirements

  • You have education or experience in information technology
  • You have experience in software development
  • You have first-hand exposure to ITSM tools (Matrix42, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • You have good knowledge of C#, JavaScript, VBScript, SQL and PowerShell
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • You are familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, M365 and IIS
