Merchandise Admin Assistant
Mountain WarehouseEntry-level role in Merchandising at a retail company assisting with stock management and reporting. Collaborating with Buying team to ensure product availability and support for Assistant Merchandiser.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run daily and weekly sales reports and distribute to the team
- Review intake of stock for the category and manage any queries from our distribution centre to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner, highlighting any concerns to the wider team
- Support the Assistant Merchandiser with size analysis and pricing activity
- Maintain good systems ‘housekeeping’ within the category
- Share best practices across the buying and merchandising community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical skills
- Good Excel knowledge
- Excellent work ethic and great initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Works in a high level of accuracy
