About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and control delinquency and loss levels, identifying opportunities and trends that may represent risks to the company.
  • Perform collections on delinquent customers to recover outstanding debts and reduce delinquency.
  • Conduct negotiations with delinquent customers in an agile, sustainable manner, preserving commercial relationships and enabling payment.
  • Monitor adherence to the collections workflow, ensuring all accounts follow the procedures defined in internal policies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging, regularly analyzing the aging of receivables to mitigate unmeasured risks.
  • Produce and analyze financial reports to support the area, evaluating and adjusting KPIs in a clear, structured manner.
  • Present the area's financial reports as part of the weekly internal reporting routine and results monitoring.
  • Track performance and improvement indicators, proposing solutions to operational impediments and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with the collections process requirements and internal policies, maintaining governance across processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting;
  • Experience with financial systems;
  • Ability to respond quickly to customer needs;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Autonomous and hands-on;
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
