About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and control delinquency and loss levels, identifying opportunities and trends that may represent risks to the company.
Perform collections on delinquent customers to recover outstanding debts and reduce delinquency.
Conduct negotiations with delinquent customers in an agile, sustainable manner, preserving commercial relationships and enabling payment.
Monitor adherence to the collections workflow, ensuring all accounts follow the procedures defined in internal policies.
Monitor accounts receivable aging, regularly analyzing the aging of receivables to mitigate unmeasured risks.
Produce and analyze financial reports to support the area, evaluating and adjusting KPIs in a clear, structured manner.
Present the area's financial reports as part of the weekly internal reporting routine and results monitoring.
Track performance and improvement indicators, proposing solutions to operational impediments and identifying optimization opportunities.
Ensure compliance with the collections process requirements and internal policies, maintaining governance across processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting;
Experience with financial systems;
Ability to respond quickly to customer needs;
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Autonomous and hands-on;
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
