About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure management of the pre-sales pipeline, guaranteeing the strategic qualification of leads and efficient handoff to the sales team.
  • Develop and implement improvements to pre-sales processes, optimizing workflows and opportunity conversion.
  • Lead analysis of performance indicators and propose strategies to increase the efficiency of commercial approaches.
  • Monitor and train the pre-sales team, ensuring best practices and alignment with company strategy.
  • Act as the interface between marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring an efficient customer journey.
  • Contribute to the definition of commercial strategies, identifying market opportunities and customer segmentation.
  • Manage the CRM and ensure data integrity, providing reliable information for analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed).
  • Experience in the commercial/sales area within the Transportation sector.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales CRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
