Pre-Sales Analyst – Logistics Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure management of the pre-sales pipeline, guaranteeing the strategic qualification of leads and efficient handoff to the sales team.
- Develop and implement improvements to pre-sales processes, optimizing workflows and opportunity conversion.
- Lead analysis of performance indicators and propose strategies to increase the efficiency of commercial approaches.
- Monitor and train the pre-sales team, ensuring best practices and alignment with company strategy.
- Act as the interface between marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring an efficient customer journey.
- Contribute to the definition of commercial strategies, identifying market opportunities and customer segmentation.
- Manage the CRM and ensure data integrity, providing reliable information for analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed).
- Experience in the commercial/sales area within the Transportation sector.
- Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
