About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and control short-term operational and financial indicators related to outbound volume (finished goods), supporting the operational team's decision-making.
- Analyze volumes and freight costs, identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to targets by analyzing indicators such as volume, freight rates and vehicle sourcing.
- Manage performance indicators such as volume, share, margin (percentage and absolute), ROL/ton and absolute ROL, developing and automating short-term internal controls.
- Analyze transported volumes and freight costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and logistics efficiency gains.
- Support the design and improvement of operational processes, ensuring greater efficiency and standardization.
- Prepare management reports and present relevant insights to support unit performance.
- Perform ad-hoc operational analyses to support team decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and controls to make strategic information available to units, strengthening data-driven management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics and transportation, with at least 2 years in data analysis, process mapping and use of management tools.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), plus experience with Power BI, Power Apps and other data analysis tools.
- Languages: Native Portuguese; English is desirable.
