About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Professional responsible for ensuring customers recognize the value of Motz's solutions, supporting Go-to-Market planning for our solutions, and creating and executing a process that enables us to define the 5 Ps of Marketing for each situation.
  • Will create and monitor success metrics and produce tracking reports for various levels of the company.
  • Will have direct interface with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • The mission of this professional is to connect the solutions developed by the company to customer needs, monitoring understanding, engagement, and perceived value throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed in related fields (Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Communications, etc.).
  • Postgraduate degree completed or in progress preferred.
  • Solid experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, CX (strategic) or related areas.
  • Experience defining and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C customers and partners.
  • Experience with data analysis and indicators of adoption, engagement, and/or customer satisfaction, such as NPS, CSAT, time-to-activation and activation rate, feature-level usage rate, frequency of use (DAU/WAU/MAU), churn, etc.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and generate clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience creating executive presentations and strategic materials.
