About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Critically analyze the company’s positioning relative to competitors, proposing actions that increase regional competitiveness.
- Generate and develop opportunities for customer retention and demand creation, based on analysis of market potential and client profiles.
- Lead field sales campaigns and commercial activities, set pricing, and propose strategies together with the marketing and customer relations teams.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with major clients through planned, structured actions focused on value creation.
- Manage the region’s strategic accounts by defining targets, volumes, and credit policies to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and ensure the region’s financial results through planning, indicator analysis, and adjustments to the commercial strategy.
- Plan and execute initiatives to prospect new regional partners, promote differentiated experiences, and expand the company’s presence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Experience in road transportation.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management, Agribusiness Logistics, or route planning.
- Experience negotiating with major market players.
- Analytical skills.
- High availability for travel.
- Active/valid Category B driver’s license required.
