About the role
- Support the development and evolution of AI agents aimed at automating internal tasks and supporting business areas
- Create and refine prompts, flows and interaction rules to improve agent performance and response consistency
- Implement simple integrations between agents and corporate systems (e.g., APIs, databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint, etc.)
- Work with RAG concepts, organizing knowledge bases and structuring documents for efficient retrieval
- Support the construction of simple data pipelines to feed AI solutions (Python and SQL)
- Execute tests, validations and continuous adjustments to ensure quality, security and compliance with corporate usage
- Create usage documentation, flows and operational guides for AI agents, ensuring traceability and standardization
- Support the creation of monitoring indicators, such as usage volume, failures, performance and agent adherence
- Collaborate with Data, Product and Business teams to identify automation opportunities and AI applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in IT, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or related fields
- Practical knowledge of Python (pandas, requests, data manipulation)
- Knowledge of SQL for queries and validations in databases
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts (ChatGPT, LLMs, prompt engineering, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to understand processes and propose improvements
- Good communication skills to translate business requirements into simple technical solutions
- Organized and disciplined to document deliverables and track the evolution of solutions
- Experience creating projects with AI agents, automations or chatbots (even personal projects)
- Familiarity with tools such as Power Automate, n8n, Make or Zapier
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control
- Interest in learning about corporate AI governance, security and best practices
- Experience with Power BI for monitoring metrics or simple reports
