About the role

  • Respond promptly to leads received via WhatsApp (using a conversation management tool), providing a warm, consultative approach aligned with the company’s value proposition;
  • Qualify incoming leads by identifying needs, profile and timing according to predefined criteria;
  • Record and manage all interactions with leads in the CRM (HubSpot), keeping a complete history, scheduling appointments and performing follow-ups when necessary;
  • Forward qualified leads to regional offices with complete information, ensuring an efficient and accurate handoff to the teams responsible for conversion;
  • Recommend improvements to service flows based on day-to-day learnings, contributing to process optimization and cross-functional integration;
  • Stay continually up to date on the products and services offered, ensuring clarity and accuracy in responses during interactions;
  • Monitor and report performance metrics (e.g., average response time, conversion rate, contact volume), providing analysis to support decision-making and strategic adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Sales Management or related fields;
  • Experience in inside sales;
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, sales funnel management, commercial workflows and individual target management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM;
  • Experience in sales within the transportation or logistics sector.
