About the role
- Responsible for defining the organization's data and analytics strategy, leading initiatives that maximize the value of data for the business.
- Ensure the identification of opportunities for data-driven products by analyzing market trends, stakeholder behavior, and business area needs, transforming those demands into solutions with measurable value for the organization.
- Ensure the definition and communication of the strategic vision for data products, aligning with organizational objectives and promoting the importance of a data-driven approach among stakeholders.
- Ensure the management and development of the data team by setting goals, monitoring performance, conducting one-on-one meetings and providing feedback, fostering technical growth and alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Ensure the development and lifecycle management of data products, from conception through continuous improvement, in collaboration with engineering, data and business areas, guaranteeing quality deliveries that meet company needs.
- Ensure governance, quality and accessibility of organizational data by defining and implementing data policies, complying with applicable legislation (such as LGPD) and promoting data management best practices.
- Contribute to the analysis and validation of data to support product decisions by identifying patterns and behaviors that inform the development and prioritization of features and improvements based on real data.
- Contribute to the management of data architecture and analytics operations through alignment with business, security and performance requirements, ensuring the scalability and integrity of data solutions.
- Contribute to promoting a data-driven culture through evangelization activities, organizing trainings and workshops, and monitoring the adoption of analytical practices across company areas.
- Ensure the definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products and analytics operations, focusing on measuring impact and continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to integration between business and technology, acting as a facilitator for the strategic use of data, removing obstacles and aligning data priorities with corporate objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Science or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on data and business analysis.
- Proven track record of turning data into products and strategic insights.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary data teams, including direct supervision of team leaders.
- Experience in projects involving integration of complex data systems.
- Knowledge of data governance and information security, especially in regulated environments.
- Postgraduate degree in Product Management, Business Analytics, or related areas is desirable.
