About the role

  • Prospect new leads according to the predefined ICP;
  • Negotiate and close sales with new clients;
  • Map and identify new opportunities with existing clients;
  • Negotiate new flows with existing clients;
  • Conduct meetings to present and close sales;
  • Maintain a cadence and track the commercial process, performing follow-ups to monitor and advance prospects through the funnel, always updating the CRM;
  • Monitor margin percentage, volume, and absolute margin indicators for clients in the portfolio;
  • Monitor the account during the client's initial months to ensure the contracted volume and prevent churn;
  • Conduct commercial visits to present the solution and close sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in commercial/sales roles is essential;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques;
  • Experience managing customer portfolios/accounts;
  • Autonomous and hands-on;
  • Strong communication skills with diverse audiences;
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments;
  • Experience in commercial/sales within the road freight/transportation sector;
  • Availability to travel.
