About the role
- Prospect new leads according to the predefined ICP;
- Negotiate and close sales with new clients;
- Map and identify new opportunities with existing clients;
- Negotiate new flows with existing clients;
- Conduct meetings to present and close sales;
- Maintain a cadence and track the commercial process, performing follow-ups to monitor and advance prospects through the funnel, always updating the CRM;
- Monitor margin percentage, volume, and absolute margin indicators for clients in the portfolio;
- Monitor the account during the client's initial months to ensure the contracted volume and prevent churn;
- Conduct commercial visits to present the solution and close sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience in commercial/sales roles is essential;
- Knowledge of sales techniques;
- Experience managing customer portfolios/accounts;
- Autonomous and hands-on;
- Strong communication skills with diverse audiences;
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments;
- Experience in commercial/sales within the road freight/transportation sector;
- Availability to travel.
