About the role

  • Develop dashboards and indicator panels, maintain the knowledge base, and perform opportunity analyses to identify ways to generate revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency using historical data and trend analysis.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the KPIs for the Centralized Operations structure.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the company to identify opportunities to advance our data and analytics capabilities.
  • Maintain an ongoing interface with the IT database team to ensure the quality and reliability of the data used.
  • Promote automation of control-tower operator routines to increase team productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze data, identify opportunities and deviations, and support teams in continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in roles focused on building KPIs and data analysis, preferably in transportation or logistics companies.
  • Knowledge of road transport processes, with familiarity with KPIs such as fleet turnover, average loading time, transit time, average unloading time, service level, claims/loss rate, among others.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree completed or in progress (preferred).
  • Advanced English (preferred).
