About the role
- Identify, map, and analyze existing processes to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification; diagnose root causes and propose effective solutions to optimize workflows and eliminate waste.
- Create and develop improvement proposals based on concrete data, implementing strategies to increase operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Structure and document previously non-existent processes, ensuring new workflows are clear, efficient, and properly communicated to teams to secure successful adoption.
- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and produce detailed reports that support strategic decision-making and continuous monitoring of implemented improvements.
- Promote and lead workshops, training sessions, and process discussions, encouraging collaboration across teams and the sharing of innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and a clear understanding of proposed changes while establishing efficient process governance.
- Evaluate and optimize resource allocation in continuous improvement projects, developing management and control models that ensure effective governance and efficient use of available resources.
- Support the management and execution of continuous improvement projects, ensuring all stages, deadlines, and objectives are met while communicating progress and results clearly and effectively to all parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process mapping and design, continuous improvement, knowledge management, KPI development, and project control.
- Experience participating in projects using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, and with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing priorities and deadlines.
