About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels
  • Manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Google Gen, and Meta, including retargeting
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, sales, and broader marketing teams on multi-channel strategy
  • Optimize audience targeting and alignment between paid media and sales objectives
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and messaging
  • Monitor and manage paid media budgets
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  • Compile performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose paid media initiatives for user acquisition
  • Analyze user behavior with heatmapping and session-recording tools such as Hotjar or Mouseflow
  • Collaborate with SEO teams on keyword research, metadata optimization, and technical analysis
  • Conduct basic SEO analysis using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
  • Build and optimize landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns using HubSpot
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across marketing channels
  • Collaborate on projects using Jira or similar project management tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in Google Ads
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing analytics tools and SEO optimization strategies
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation and project management platforms
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to monitor and optimize CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate metrics
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using GA4, GTM, and pixels
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns end-to-end
  • Google Ads certification is a nice-to-have
  • Meta Ads experience is a nice-to-have
  • Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns is a nice-to-have
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and data enrichment tools is a nice-to-have
  • Experience with long sales cycles and lead nurturing strategies is a nice-to-have
  • Previous SaaS or B2B experience is a nice-to-have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada indefinitely is required
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available
