Campaigns Manager
Motorola SolutionsCampaigns Manager coordinating marketing strategies within public safety and government sectors. Responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns in North America to drive demand and pipeline.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of integrated marketing plans for North America, utilizing tactics across email automation, paid/organic social media, events, and digital media.
- Draft and refine compelling marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social media, and sales enablement assets that resonate with our target government audience.
- Partner closely with Field Marketing Managers, Vertical Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations, Product teams, and Sales leadership to ensure campaigns align with business priorities and sales objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and lead flows; assist in analyzing data to recommend real-time pivots, optimizing campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the management and tracking of the North America campaign budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Help equip the Global Government sales teams with the campaign tools, messaging guidelines, and collateral needed to successfully follow up on marketing-led leads.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution (B2B or public sector experience is a plus, but internships/foundational roles will be considered).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
