About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support U.S. Federal Customers worldwide
Interface tactfully with customers to build strong relationships
Coordinate activities to ensure compliance to all contractual requirements
Apply security updates including patching, custom GPO’s and creating/running scripts
Perform remediation and mitigation planning and implementation
Prepare documentation and artifacts for customers as required
Analyze and document events in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrate a self-starter mindset, assuming responsibility and remaining adaptive
Manage multiple tasks concurrently using strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree OR 1+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Cybersecurity, Information Systems, LMR, Radio Communications, Motorola equipment, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Telecommunications, Public Safety, Engineering, Networking Equipment, IP Networking, Solutions Architecture, ASTRO 25, P25, WAVE VoIP, or Military experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract(s)
