About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end strategy for Oracle Fusion CX Cloud
Define and execute a multi-year roadmap that aligns with Motorola Solutions’ "Lead-to-Cash" global processes
Design scalable, integrated solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Oversee multiple work-streams of CX implementations
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Act as a primary advisor to executive stakeholders
Analyze and re-engineer global business processes
Lead and develop a team of internal analysts and external partners
Drive the adoption of Oracle Fusion AI features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, Consulting or IT management
4+ years of hands-on leadership experience specifically within Oracle SaaS platforms
Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle implementations of IT solutions
Functional knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes
Exceptional communication with the ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex organizational change.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
