About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, pursue, and close high-value business opportunities to drive net-new revenue for the Calipsa platform.
- Orchestrate seamless customer hand-offs from initial sale to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional first experience with our technology.
- Cultivate long-term, trusted advisory relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to deeply understand their operational challenges.
- Quantify and present the unique value Calipsa delivers, ensuring clients recognize the ROI through clear, data-driven insights.
- Drive organic growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities for product expansion and upselling core solutions.
- Secure contract renewals by optimizing revenue streams and proactively minimizing client churn.
- Synthesize client feedback and market trends to influence the product roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally to refine service delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in video surveillance, analytics, or physical security technologies.
- Mastery of the enterprise SaaS sales process, from cold prospecting (LinkedIn, email, phone) to final negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical solutions as compelling value propositions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance KPIs and revenue targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools to optimize sales workflows and data management.
- Willingness to travel (moderate driving and flying); residency near a major airport is preferred.
