About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the deployment of Next Generation 911 (NG911) solutions.
Manage the full project lifecycle from Initiation through Closing following PMBOK standards.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Project Plan using automated project management tools.
Maintain project budgets encompassing both labor and capital expenditures.
Perform ongoing risk identification and qualitative/quantitative analysis and maintain a Risk Register and mitigation plans.
Serve as the central point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal cross-functional teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience managing external customers facing complex deployment programs and/or software application deployments required.
PgMP, PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are strongly desired.
Experienced with Public Safety communications systems is considered an asset.
Skilled in using project scheduling applications like Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, or similar applications and building intricate master schedules.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and pass and maintain CJIS Security and Privacy: Privileged Role certification requirements.
Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
