About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Lead PM function in the creation and management of comprehensive task lists, Action Item Registries, and meeting minutes.
Collaborate with the Lead PM and Lead Engineer to develop Statements of Work (SOW), Task and Responsibility Matrixes (RACI), and staffing requirement plans.
Provide essential input for the development and execution of the total program schedule.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) tailored to contract scope and program goals.
Support concurrent design and deployment contracts at various stages of execution, ensuring seamless coordination between teams of PMs, Engineers, and Service Technicians.
Act as a bridge between technical execution and corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with Sales goals, strategic business plans, and customer relationship management.
Maintain close working relationships with the Lead PM, Lead Program Engineer, Technical Service Manager, and Customer Service Manager (CSM).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of project/program management or similar business experience.
OR 5+ years of project/program management or similar business experience.
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
