Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team that will help execute strategy and product-related initiatives for our V&S global portfolio.
Collaborate across the entire business with exposure to Motorola’s senior leadership.
Prioritize regional expansion through compliance approvals and language adaptations.
Manage product operations/maintenance of pricing documentation.
Ensure products remain orderable, fulfillable, renewable, and maintainable until the offer is end of life.
Set clear goals and hold people accountable — fairly and consistently.
Analyze and translate strategy into actionable recommendations.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues to build comprehensive solutions.
Maintain offer structure for MSI’s V&S portfolio offers leveraging advanced system and tool expertise.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 10 years of related experience in public safety products with a Bachelor's degree.
Strong people manager — you set expectations, have difficult conversations and develop individuals.
Understanding of ERP and/or quote-to-cash systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to understand and communicate the big picture while being able to be detail-oriented about execution.
Self-motivated, results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
Understanding of Motorola Solution’s D- Stream process.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
