About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Solve complex business problems through quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and the development of high-impact metrics and dashboards.
  • Partner with global teams to define requirements, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage project milestones from inception to delivery.
  • Design and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Own the data lifecycle by establishing "sources of truth," performing rigorous validation, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and reporting automation.
  • Drive efficiency by using Python, Alteryx, or SQL to automate manual reporting workflows and increase data velocity.
  • Integrate AI/Machine Learning outputs into BI workflows to provide predictive forecasting and anomaly detection.
  • Distill intricate technical concepts into clear recommendations to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical Data or Business Analyst role.
  • Mastery of Tableau, SQL, and Advanced Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or ServiceNow is preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional experience using SQL for complex data extraction and Tableau for sophisticated dashboard development.
