About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Implementation Consultants to configure Noggin software in accordance with project deliverables and user requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot common and daily tasks and events as well as changes
- Write internal knowledge base and customer service materials
- Reproduce, test, resolve and document software bugs, defects, and problems
- Examine and evaluate current systems to identify needed updates or adjustments to the system
- Validate changes by testing configuration
- Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
- Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments
- Accurate time logging and tracking in accordance with specified billable target of 80%
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- 0-3 years in a software configuration role - recent graduates welcome
- Experience with Atlassian Suite
