About the role

  • Pulling and maintaining fee reports, updating designated accounts, communicating with clients throughout the lifecycle of each fee request as needed
  • Involvement in requesting, approving and rejecting agent fee requests, reviewing fee denial appeals, escalating information to client or supervisor as needed
  • 100% via computer; no field work or travel
  • Must be persistent, assertive, detail oriented, thrive under high priority tasks
  • Email/phone communication with internal and external customers; ability to support business objectives; ability to prioritize workload; strong multi-tasking; excellent verbal and written communication; handle change
  • Ability to receive, investigate and answer emails/queries from internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Facilitate occasional outgoing telephone calls to support business objectives
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skill

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year administrative-related experience, or equivalent
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
  • Proficiency in G-Suite preferred
  • RDN, Recovery Connect (RC) and iBeam experience is a plus
  • Experience with collateral repossession would be beneficial
