About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the Instrumentation Strategy: Own the "Radar".
- Partner with Product Managers Product Owners and Engineering to identify core features and workflows and define what "Active Usage" looks like.
- Identify Adoption Gaps: Use behavioral segmentation to identify "power users" versus "at-risk" groups.
- Narrative Leadership: Lead the strategy to synthesize complex product data into high-level insights for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and guide the right conversations to ensure product and technical teams are executing on the broader telemetry and adoption strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Management, or Marketing required.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Business Operations, Product Management, Marketing, or Technology.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
- Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
