Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management.
6+ years of experience in an Engineering leadership role.
Experience successfully evolving organizations with a focus on empowering leadership teams.
Passionate about creating positive and engaging, high-trust employee environments.
Experience in building and managing diverse, high-performing, geographically-distributed engineering teams.
Proven track record of shipping complex, large-scale products on time and within budget.
Deep understanding of software architectures and patterns.
Proven track record of defining and executing an AI-first engineering strategy.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
Strong understanding of security and compliance standards in the technology industry.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
