💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Manage National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and oversee facility’s security profile.
- Administer all aspects of the NISP and ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).
- Manage security clearances via DISS and NBIS.
- Oversee secure areas and manage access control systems.
- Develop and deliver annual security awareness training and "Insider Threat" programs.
- Prepare the company for DCSA security reviews and self-inspections.
- Review DD Form 254s to ensure security requirements are met for new RFPs and active contracts.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as an FSO or Assistant FSO, preferably within a product-based company.
- Completion of the CDSE "FSO Fundamentals" curriculum.
- Expert-level proficiency in DISS, NISS, and NBIS.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract(s).
