About the role
- Manage the Product Data Hub (PDH) project, leading the end-to-end execution with cross-functional initiative.
- Serve as a bridge between IT and Business by translating complex technical requirements into a clear adoption plan.
- Create and implement a comprehensive change management plan for the PDH rollout.
- Identify and coordinate with key stakeholders to execute the change management plan.
- Lead critical awareness conversations and present status updates to senior leadership.
- Coordinate training sessions and materials to prepare users for new tools.
- Assist in developing and executing the strategy for AI adoption across the sales organization.
- Support the Sales Enablement team by creating engaging training materials, playbooks, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an operational-focused role such as Sales/Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related strategic team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
