About the role
- Assist on the assessment, design, development, and evaluation of the company’s strategic AI program
- Define and track metrics to measure AI training effectiveness
- Conduct sessions with internal employees on utilizing AI tools and best practices
- Facilitate an internal community of practice to promote learning and adoption
- Design interactive, visually engaging online training modules that explain to employees how to use the AI tools they have available to them
- Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) into learning design processes to accelerate development timelines and scale content creation
- Additional support for the Global Education team as needed to support employee training
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR 1+ years of designing and developing training content or similar business experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
- Strong individual contributor and team player
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- A self-motivator with solid organizational skills & excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience developing online training using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, content modularization, and task-based learning
- Demonstrated interest in AI and experience using generative AI tools in content development or delivery
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional learning environment preferred.
