Solutions Engineer

• Partner with the Sales team to analyze client security challenges and design sophisticated, tailored video security and access control solutions.
• Act as the go-to technical authority for our offerings.
• Conduct compelling product evaluations, proofs-of-concept, training sessions, and persuasive presentations that showcase the unique value of Motorola Solutions.
• Dive deep to become a true specialist in specific Motorola Solutions products, consistently sharing knowledge to empower sales and customers to achieve their security and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical challenges and system integration issues.
• This role involves exciting travel (up to 50%), locally and internationally, to support site surveys, client meetings, and industry tradeshows.
