About the role
- Responsible for carrying out field engineering duties during a radio system upgrade cycle
- Upgrading/deploying various devices including network gear, windows based devices, virtual machines, and Motorola proprietary devices
- Serve as a customer facing technical resource through the upgrade effort
- Travel to southeast states’ customer locations to carry out duties
- Final Design and implementation of the radio network including infrastructure, subscribers, and mobile backhaul
- Lead customer presentations
- Complete system documentation
- Live system upgrades
- Ensuring the integrity of the architecture/design
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Cybersecurity or Networking
- 3+ years of Engineering or Wireless Communications experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers
